An Odessa man has been charged with burglary.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports Richard Matwiejow III was arrested following the investigation into a complaint on Church Street in the village of Odessa on November 1st.
Matwiejow was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and ordered to appear in Village of Odessa Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
