The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a North Rose man on an active bench warrant issued out of Canandaigua Town Court.
Kevin Wilson is accused of failing to appear in court to answer to the charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Wilson was located in Genesee County and brought back to Ontario County to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
