A North Chili man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office after an investigation into his alleged following of a security officer of a Seneca County business.
Deputies report they located 51-year-old Michael Distefano in the parking lot of the undisclosed business. After investigating, Distefano was taken into custody.
Distefano was charged with driving while intoxicated and was released on an appearance ticket for Tyre Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
