A Niagara County man has been charged with criminal mischief in Ontario County.
Ethan Keleher is accused of damaging gaming equipment at Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack in Farmington on Tuesday by striking it. The incident caused more than $400 in damage.
Keleher was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court
