A traffic stop in Schuyler County resulted in the arrest of a Tompkins County woman on a number of drug charges.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports Catrina Ryan, of Newfield, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Schuyler County Sheriff’s K9 officer Digit assisted in the arrest.
Ryan was issued an appearance ticket and UTT’s to appear in Catharine Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
