Newark Woman Arrested on Felony Charges in Seneca Falls

SHARE NOW

Seneca Falls Police investigated the theft of merchandise at Walmart Supercenter and arrested a Newark woman on two felony charges.

According to police, Julie Fabino allegedly changed the price tag on items and scanned the lower price for a more expensive item. Prior to Monday afternoon’s incident, Fabino was trespassed from all Walmart properties in 2023. Because of this, Fabino was charged with burglary and falsifying business records, both felonies, and misdemeanor petit larceny.

After processing at the Seneca Falls Police Department, Fabino was released to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
