A Newark woman was arrested Monday on a charge of petit larceny.
Iesha Laurent is accused of stealing a USPS mail/package that was intended for and delivered to her neighbor at 138 Stuart Avenue.
Laurent was processed at Newark PD and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Village of Newark Court in November.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
