The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Newark woman on offering a false instrument for filing charges.
Ana Garcia is accused of failing to list the father of her child on her public assistance and child care assistance applications while he was living with her at a residence in Geneva.
Garcia was issued an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
