Penn Yan Police ticketed the driver of a car who was pulled over after he was allegedly driving at night without any lights activated.
A DMV license check revealed that Adam Rosenbauer, of Newark, was driving on a suspended driver’s permit.
Rosenbauer was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator and will appear in Penn Yan Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
