The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Newark man on a criminal mischief charge.
34-year-old Van Gorton was arrested following a domestic incident where it is alleged he intentionally caused damage to another person’s property.
Gorton was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP arraignment. Deputies were assisted by State Police.
