A Newark resident has been arrested by Village Police on a charge of petit larceny.
Shaun Baker is accused of selecting beer from within the Save-A-Lot store on East Miller Street and left without paying for the items.
The 37-year-old Baker was processed by the Newark Police Department and released to appear in Newark Village Court on May 8th to answer the charge.
