Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports that a Newark man was arrested Thursday morning in Romulus for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Deputies say 39-year-old Joseph Lamb was stopped around 6 a.m. on December 10 after being observed driving while his license was revoked for multiple prior offenses. Lamb was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and issued an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Romulus Town Court on January 23 at 10 a.m.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
