A traffic stop on State Route 14 in the town of Sodus Wednesday night led to the arrest of a 25-year-old Newark man.
Paul Lugo, Junior, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 of 1%, unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle, and failure to keep right. Lugo was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where a breath sample was secured showing a .16 of 1% blood alcohol content.
Lugo was released on appearance tickets for Sodus Town Court.
