A traffic stop in the town of Lyons Thursday night resulted in the arrest of a Newark man.
53-year-old Patrick Moses was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a .08% of 1% or more BAC, and Failure to use a Turn Signal. All charges stem from an investigation into a traffic stop conducted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Moses submitted to a chemical test resulting in a .08% BAC.
Moses was released on appearance tickets for Lyons Town Court.
