A Newark man was arrested Saturday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued out of Lyons Town Court.
23-year-old Kyle Mein was taken into custody after he was spotted walking on Mason Street in the village of Newark Saturday morning. The warrant for Mein’s arrest stems from a failure to appear in Lyons Town Court to answer the charges of DWI (first offense) and DWI-Drugs.
Mein was brought to the Wayne County Jail and was released following his CAP Court arraignment.
