A Newark man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into a disturbance that occurred in the town of Sodus.
Marcus Beane was picked up on a warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charges stem from an incident where Beane allegedly had possession of a controlled substance on him.
The 39-year-old Beane was released on an appearance ticket for Sodus Town Court.
