A Newark man was arrested Sunday on three warrants issued by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
48-year-old Roderick Lampley was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Arcadia Town Court for failure to appear on the original charges of trespass and petit larceny.
He was additionally arrested on a bench warrant out of the town of Lyons for failure to appear on the original charges of obstructing governmental administration and trespass. Lampley was additionally arrested on an arrest warrant issued out of the village of Newark for obstructing governmental administration.
Lampley also had a warrant out of the village of Newark Police Department for a separate incident for which he was also arrested.
Lampley was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment before the presiding Judge. He is to appear in Lyons Town Court, Arcadia Town Court, and the village of Newark Court at later dates for further court proceedings.
