A Newark man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on charges of harassment and resisting arrest.
The arrest of 30-year-old Jeffrey Moore stems from an incident where New York State Police had the suspect in custody from a traffic stop after confirming an active warrant.
Moore was turned over to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
