The investigation into a domestic incident that occurred across multiple townships throughout Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old Newark man.
It is alleged that Michael Bradshaw took his girlfriend from her home during a verbal altercation and kept her at his house against her will after she stated she wanted to leave. It is also alleged that Bradshaw grabbed the victim’s neck and applied pressure making it difficult for the victim to breathe. Bradshaw is also accused of throwing the victim around his room during the physical altercation.
Following his arrest on unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and two counts each of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, Bradshaw was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
