The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 44-year-old Newark man.
Frederick Dillingham was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after he allegedly violated a court order of protection issued out of Yates County Family Court.
Following his arrest, Dillingham was held at the Yates County Jail to await the next CAP session
