A Newark man has been arrested for an incident that occurred in the Wayne County village back in January.
38-year-old Jorge Colon-Santiago is accused of shoving his girlfriend to the ground during a domestic incident. He is also accused of preventing her from calling for help by throwing her phone and breaking it.
Colon-Santiago was charged with harassment and two counts of criminal mischief.
