A Newark man has been arrested on an active family court warrant for allegedly failing to pay child support.
34-year-old Jose Garrafa was located on a traffic stop on Tuesday and was taken to the Ontario County Centralized Arraignment Court and was released to appear in Family Court to answer the charge.
