A man who was walking in the middle of the road obstructing traffic while approaching school buses was taken into custody following a physical altercation with police.
The incident involving 31-year-old Leporia Logins, the Third, happened at around three Monday afternoon in the town of Lyons. When Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to arrest Logins, he resisted and refused to follow police commands.
After being taken into custody, the Newark man was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
