A Newark man was arrested following the investigation into a court-mandated eviction.
It is alleged that Scott Snyder refused to comply with a court order eviction upon arrival of deputies. While being placed under arrest, it is also alleged that Snyder physically and verbally refused.
Snyder was charged with criminal trespass, obstruction of governmental administration, criminal contempt, and resisting arrest.
He was released on appearance tickets for the Village of Newark Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
