A Newark man has been arrested on criminal possession of stolen property charges.
It is alleged that on June 6th, Dawson Peeso was in possession of a Husqvarna 350 Rancher II chainsaw that was reported stolen a few days prior. Dawson turned himself in to Newark Police.
Peeso was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Village of Newark Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
