A New Jersey resident faces drunken driving charges in Seneca County.
The arrest of Izaias Patzan, of Ocean Township, was charged following a traffic stop in the town of Tyre.
Patzan was released on an appearance ticket for Tyre Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
