Two women from out of state were arrested by State Police in Waterloo following an investigation into a larceny complaint.
37-year-old Tyeshia Richardson, of Springfield, Massachusetts, and 42-year-old Elizabeth Riddick, of Hartford, Connecticut, are accused of stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from Polo Ralph Lauren in Junius.
Richardson and Riddick were each charged with felony grand larceny and were issued appearance tickets for Junius Town Court.
