A 24-year-old Arkansas man wanted on a nationwide extraditable parole violation warrant has been arrested in Cayuga County.
Hayden Crow was located at a residence in Sterling on Tuesday and taken into custody by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force.
Crow faces multiple charges in Arkansas, including theft of property, theft of a firearm, four counts of theft involving a debit card, and illegal possession of a firearm. He is currently being held at the Cayuga County Jail while awaiting extradition.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
