A Naples man was arrested following a vehicle incident in Naples.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded on Sunday to a report of a vehicle stuck in a snowbank on Cross Street. Upon arrival, deputies determined that Francis had been operating a gray Toyota RAV4 that had gone off the roadway.
Authorities say Francis was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated and with a suspended driver’s license. He was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
