A Naples man faces a number of charges stemming from his arrest following the investigation into an alleged physical domestic violence altercation.
It is alleged that during the early morning hours of November 6th, Kenneth Lorenz, the Third subjected a woman to threats and physical abuse while threatening her with a shotgun. Police say the incident happened with two children under the age of 17 present.
Lorenz is charged with criminal contempt, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing with a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, harassment, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Following his arrest Friday, Lorenz was brought to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await arraignment.
