A Naples man was arrested by Canandaigua Police on a bench warrant issued out of Canandaigua City Court.
34-year-old Jeremiah Mendez is accused of failing to appear in court for a previous Aggravated Criminal Contempt charge.
Mendez was brought to Ontario County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.
