A Naples man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a criminal contempt charge, as well as aggravated family offense.
Cody Webb’s arrest stems from an investigation into an alleged order of protection violation stemming from November 11th in Naples. Webb is accused of violating the terms of an order of protection by having third-party contact with the victim. Since Webb has a previous criminal contempt conviction, the charge was elevated to aggravated family offense. Webb was taken into custody and held at the Ontario County Jail.
Webb will return to Naples Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
