A Naples man is facing felony charges in Penn Yan following the investigation into a domestic incident.
It is alleged that on Wednesday, Andrew Schenk threatened the protected party of an active stay-away order of protection with a knife. It is alleged that the 44-year-old also threatened to kill the victim.
Schenk was arrested by Penn Yan Police and charged with felony criminal contempt and was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
Further charges are pending the investigation.
