Montour Falls Man Arrested Following Domestic Violence Incident Investigation

The investigation into a domestic violence incident on Cherry Lane in the town of Reading resulted in the arrest of a Montour Falls man.

29-year-old Sean Scholtisek was charged with criminal contempt, harassment, and aggravated family offense charges

Following his arraignment, Scholtisek was sent to Schuyler County Jail.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
