Seneca Falls Police arrested a Cayuga County woman on a warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
The warrant for Susan Dann was issued following a theft investigation at a local business in January of 2024. The 51-year-old from Moravia was charged with felony falsifying business records and two counts of misdemeanor petit larceny.
Dann was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
