A Moravia woman was arrested over the weekend after a domestic incident in Fleming.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Brittany Kuhlmann was arrested around 5:30 Sunday morning for allegedly impeding a victim’s breathing during a physical altercation.
She was charged with Criminal Obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Kuhlmann was arraigned and later released.
