A Montour Falls woman has been charged with criminal trespass and criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident that occurred earlier this month.
Kimberley Rowland is accused of entering an apartment and remaining inside unlawfully.
Rowland was also allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
