A domestic violence incident on North L’Hommedieu Street in the village of Montour Falls resulted in the arrest of a Montour Falls woman.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Vicky Grinolds on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and menacing.
Following her arraignment in Schuyler County CAP Court, Grinolds was released to appear in Montour Falls Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
