The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Montour Falls man following the investigation into a domestic violence incident.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the alleged incident involving 27-year-old Brandon Mathews happened on State Route 414 in the town of Dix. Mathews was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Mathews was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in town of Dix Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
