An incident at the Cleaning Factory in the village of Montour Falls resulted in the arrest of a Montour Falls man.
Ryan Penner was charged with menacing in connection with the September 11th.
Penner was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in the Village of Montour Falls Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
