A joint investigation by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office and the county’s Department of Social Services resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Montour Falls man.
Todd Golden was charged with welfare fraud following the investigation.
Golden was released on an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court.
