The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Montour Falls man.
Jonathan Krnotch was taken into custody on an outstanding Arrest Warrant for Violation of Probation.
Following arraignment at the Schuyler County Jail, Krnotch was released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
