A Montour Falls man has been arrested on grand larceny charges.
Dylan James was charged by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following a complaint at Jaynes Used Auto on State Route 14A in the town of Reading.
Following his arraignment, the 24-year-old James was released on an appearance for Reading Town Court.
