A Schuyler County man was arrested on felony charges of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense after he turned himself into Penn Yan Police.
Police received a complaint of an order of protection violation and a subsequent investigation showed 29-year-old Kenton Jones-Watkins, of Montour Falls, had allegedly called the protected party multiple times.
Following his arraignment on Friday morning, Jones-Watkins was sent to the Yates County Jail without bail.
