A Montezuma man has been arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
On April 7th, members of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office and Child Protective Services were advised of a child who had allegedly been physically abused. An investigation was conducted and 28-year-old Dillon O’Hare was charged.
O’Hare turned himself in to the authorities and was released on an appearance ticket for the Montezuma Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
