The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 33-year-old Justin McGhee of Montezuma for Criminal Mischief.
At around 2:47a on Thursday, September 7, McGhee is alleged to have damaged a female victim’s cellphone and television during a domestic dispute.
He was arraigned and later released.
