A Monroe County man was arrested on a DWI charge following a traffic stop in the Seneca County Town of Tyre.
Adrian Worley’s arrest stems from an incident where it is alleged by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office that he committed several traffic violations prior to being pulled over.
In addition to DWI, Worley was charged with several other vehicle and traffic violations that were not disclosed by the Sheriff’s Office.
Worley, of Greece, was released from custody on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
