A Monroe County man has been arrested on criminal mischief charges by Canandaigua Police.
It is alleged that on March 30, while at a home in the city of Canandaigua, 38-year-old Philip Niccloy, of Rush, caused more than $250 in damage to property belonging to another person.
Niccloy was released on an appearance ticket to reappear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
