Police arrested a Penn Yan man after a missing juvenile from Wayne County was located in his home.
28-year-old Christopher Dwello was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police say an investigation revealed conduct had occurred that was “endangering to the juvenile”
Dwello was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
