A Middlesex man was taken into custody by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on an active warrant issued out of Ontario County Court.
Robert Klug was accused of violating the terms of his probation following a prior conviction for criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
The 46-year-old was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
